Promotion of Diversity
As society demands diversity in human resources, companies must equip their management teams and leaders with diverse perspectives and values in order to achieve sustainable business growth. NISSEI promotes women, foreigners, and mid-career recruits to management positions based on their abilities without distinction. Their diversity is not limited to gender and nationality, but also includes age, race, religion and beliefs, values, as well as career, experience, and work style. It is NISSEI’s goal to secure diverse human resources while respecting the diversity of their employees and work style so that everyone is motivated and can demonstrate his/her full potential in the right place at the right time.
