Promotion Structure
“As a global company, NISSEI will enrich communities through plastics” is NISSEI Group's management philosophy. NISSEI believes protecting the environment and providing creative values to people around the globe can be achieved by solving social issues. NISSEI’s Environment Management Project is lead by the President of NISSEI, and the project members include operating officers and general managers. Meetings are held on a quarterly basis. The project identifies profit opportunities and risks in each division and classifies them into three levels of priorities based on the management plan. Targets are addressed with a focus on the issues higher priorities. NISSEI propels 46 projects within the company to achieve the targets, and the Environment Management Project team receives progress updates, and the statuses are discussed in the meetings.
