Depending on how many years the machine being used and its operating condition, the parts used in the injection molding machine may wear out eventually, preventing it from performing to its full potential and affecting the quality of molded products. In order to ensure the longevity and performance of the machines for the customers, NISSEI offers “Performance Restoration Plan” and “Maintenance & Inspection Plan.” In “Performance Restoration Plan,” an injection molding machine performance analysis is conducted, and the machine will be adjusted to meet the standard values. In “Maintenance & Inspection Plan,” inspection and cleaning are performed in order to minimize the risk of unexpected failures. These plans can be combined, or options can be added to one of the plans to meet the needs of its customers. Please feel free to contact NISSEI for more details.

Performance Restoration Plan
Reducing Performance Gap Between the Same Machine Types
Ensuring the same base performance and stability across the board.
In the Performance Restoration Plan, an experienced NISSEI engineer uses a special instrument to measure each machine's performance in numerical values.
The results will be compared with the reference values. If something deviates from its standard value, it will be adjusted.
This can reduce the performance gap between the same machine types. After restoration, an inspection report for each machine will be issued.

Maintenance & Inspection Plan
Preventing Sudden Failure by Cleaning, Inspecting, Adjusting, and Lubricating
Preventing unexpected mechanical failures and keeping production on schedule.
In the Maintenance & Inspection Plan, preventive maintenance, such as inspecting electrical components and safety devices, will be performed according to NISSEI's checklist; parts that need to be replaced will be identified in order to minimize the risk of unexpected failures.
The components inside of the machine are difficult to see, and small issues can go unnoticed during daily operations. Also, inspecting some of the components requires special instruments and expertise. NISSEI recommends their customers to have scheduled maintenances & inspections in order to detect and correct minor issues before turning into a major problem.
After maintenance and inspection are performed, a checklist with recommended replacement parts and estimated labor cost will be sent to the customer.
