  • Superior Injection Performance Delivered by the Simple & Compact Injection Unit

    (1) By switching the discharge volume of a hydraulic pump whenever necessary to correspond to the molding conditions, it materializes outstanding controllability in wide range of injection speed and pressure.

    (2) Its servomotor-driven pump permits low-flow volume control, and the feedback control is capable in precisely controlling the "velocity setting below 1mm/s," which is not possible to achieve with the conventional hydraulic machines. In addition, controllability in ultra-low pressure range has been improved significantly. It is deal for the molding of thick-walled product and hot melt (low-pressure encapsulation) moldings.

    (3) The machines equipped with the X-Pump system can hold high pressure for a long time, which is difficult to achieve with the all-electric presses. It can improve the product qualities of thick-walled molded products.

  • Long-Lasting Stable Performance of Direct Pressure Clamping

    (1) TNX-RⅢ Series is equipped with a direct-pressure type clamping mechanism that constantly transmits clamping force evenly to the mold according to the setting. Its performance is not affected by the temperature change in the mold or clamping unit. It is easy to set optimal (low) clamping force that is gentle to the mold and machine. Its simple and clean mechanism maintains the mechanical precisions for a long time.

    (2) Mountable maximum mold dimensions became larger (20% larger compared to the predecessors) thanks to its wide turntable with 3-tie bar structure. Its industry’s largest class of wide turntable can accommodate larger molds for the products with complex shapes or molds with slide cores.

    (3) Turntable rotation and ejector motion are driven by servomotor, achieving faster cycle and smooth (low-vibration) rotation. Simultaneous motion of injection, metering, and ejector can make cycle times even faster.

    (4) Its low-height turntable (mold mounting face) and spacious work area around it offer significantly better workability and operability. It makes mold installation/setup, insert, and product takeout easier than ever before. It permits flexible robot layout for automations.
