Visualization of a Molding Factory

PQ Manager is a server software package, which collects and analyzes molding machine production data up to 100 machines. It can handle quality analysis of a single machine to production information management of a whole fleet.

  ●Up to 100 molding machines can be connected to one server.
  ●A cluster management system with quality analysis and production management capabilities can be built by connecting injection molding machines to the server via LAN.
  ●Centralized monitoring of older NISSEI models and other brands is possible (applicable to production management functions only).
  ●It offers remote controlling capability of the injection molding machine controller screen (TACT).
  ●It is loaded with waveform and monitor data analysis functions.
  ●Changes in molded product qualities can be managed digitally and quantitatively.
  ●Collected monitor data, molding condition, and operation history data of each machine can be utilized as evidence (traceability data) for quality assurance.
  ●Since the molding conditions during mass production can be correlated with event data for later analysis, it can be used to track down molding defects and analyze the cause of downtimes, contributing to improve production efficiency.
  ●Real-time production progress can be grasped remotely by the email transmission function.
  ●Display language can be switched (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Thai).
