Standards of Information Disclosure
NISSEI discloses information in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Act and “Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuer of Listed Securities” by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Nagoya Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Timely Disclosure Rules”). In addition, NISSEI actively and fairly posts information that is beneficial to investors, even if it is not required to be disclosed.
Methods of Information Disclosure
Information that falls under the category of material facts as defined by the Timely Disclosure Rules is released through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
Posting on the NISSEI Website
NISSEI recognizes that its website is an important source of information. After information is disclosed on TDnet, NISSEI makes every effort to post the information quickly on the NISSEI website.
Period of Silence
In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure fairness, NISSEI observes a silent period from the day following the closing date to the announcement of financial results. Please note that we will refrain from answering questions regarding financial results during this period. However, if it becomes necessary to revise the earnings forecast during the silent period, NISSEI will make an appropriate announcement in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
