Medium-Term Management Plan Targets

NISSEI's Vision for the Next Three Years
NISSEI Group has formulated its fourth medium-term management plan (from the fiscal year ending 3/31/2023 to the fiscal year ending 3/31/2025) as their medium-term target. The management goal was set as “Advance Environmental Management Further and Make a Complete Finish Toward Achieving the Future Design 2026 Plan.” NISSEI considers environment protection to be the foundation of their business operation from a global perspective, promoting various measures to provide solutions. NISSEI’s efforts include solving marine plastic issue, materializing a net zero society, and establishing a resource recycling system. For technological development and sales, NISSEI has taken various measures to meet SBT (Science Based Targets) Scope 3 requirements. NISSEI originally had targeted consolidated net sales of 64.0 billion yen and consolidated operating income of 4.2 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 (the 69th fiscal year). Due to slowed recovery of injection molding machine demand worldwide, the plan has been revised: the consolidated net sales were revised to 45.5 billion yen, and the consolidated operating income was revised to 1.05 billion yen.

NISSEI increases production capacity through its five-region global production structure while enhancing production engineering technologies and quality assurance systems.
NISSEI also reduces costs further by strengthening their global procurement system and increasing the ratio of in-house produced components.

NISSEI strengthens manufacturing, sales, financial, and global management strategies to be able to cope with legal risks.
NISSEI reinforces its global management structure backed by effective business continuity plan.
NISSEI also develops human resources that can respond globally.
