Taking NISSEI’s Five-Region Global Production Structure to the Next Level
Large injection molding machines are being assembled in NISSEI’s Texas Plant in the US and NEGRI BOSSI’s factories. NISSEI is accelerating procurement of parts and materials in the global market, including procurement for these factories. A new factory currently under construction in Haiyan (Zhejiang Province, China) is aiming to lower production cost and improve efficiency by bringing parts machining in house in addition to assembling injection molding machines. For quality assurances, NISSEI has been working on developing quality assurance system and training inspection staff for each location in addition to conducting quality analysis upon procurement.

NISSEI HOMMA MACHINERY CO., LTD. became a consolidated subsidiary of NISSEI Group in 2017. NISSEI HOMMA MACHINERY manufactures large general-purpose machine tools (e.g. turning centers, five-axis processing machines, etc.) and other large special-purpose machines as well as NISSEI injection molding machines. NISSEI’s West Japan Technical Center is located in the premise of NISSEI HOMMA MACHINERY’s head office and factory in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, serving customers in Western Japan.

NEGRI BOSSI S.P.A.
NEGRI BOSSI S.P.A. became a consolidated subsidiary of NISSEI Group in 2019. NEGRI BOSSI is an injection molding machine manufacturer established in Milan, Italy in 1947. They offer a variety of high-performance injection molding machines, and their specialty is super large-sized injection molding machines. NEGRI BOSSI provides products and solutions tailored to its customers, mainly for the automotive industry in Europe.

NISSEI METAL WORKS CO., LTD.
NISSEI METAL WORKS CO., LTD. is a consolidated subsidiary of NISSEI Group located in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. NISSEI METAL WORKS’s main businesses include fabrication, coating, and canning of sheet metals for NISSEI injection molding machines. NISSEI METAL WORKS uses their own trucks to deliver the parts to NISSEI’s head office and factory, contributing to reduce manufacturing and logistic costs.
